The Brutality of Reason Example

By Ironcross One-One

If you are the emotional liberal type, this mindspace will make you uncomfortable. If you think my logic or facts are faulty, lets discuss it. When your findings disagree with my findings, that is dialogue. But using rhetoric to disagree with science is demogoguery. No demogoguery! I usually refrain from insults, but occasionally, ignorance and liberal hypocrisy bring out the worst in me.

Legalize Slavery?

There's a reason slavery has been so pervasive through history. Slavery provides huge economic advantages to the slave owners. It was a natural outcome of defeat in battle. A Darwinian approach to cultural interaction. I think there's a certain breed of people that were born to be slaves.

The people that are born to be slaves are the ones that believe:
"Violence never solves anything/War is not the answer"
What a bunch of silly new-age twaddle. Violence is one of the few things that ever really settles anything.

The only thing that ever puts an end to slavery is violence or the threat of violence. Slavery is a very seductive methodology for acquiring and investing power. It diverts and concentrates the rewards of human productivity. Slavery is a way to undeserved wealth and there are many in the world that would use it if they could get away with it. If a person is not willing to resort to violence to reject the yoke of slavery, one can expect to remain enslaved.

All it would take to put an end to such sophistry on the part of the nit-wits is a policy of selling their children into slavery. When they complain, tell them this:
" So what if we're going to sell your 11 year old daughter to this brothel owner in Mexico? Don't bother calling the police. Since you don't believe in violence, there's nothing they can do to help your daughter.
"The only reason they think violence doesn't settle anything is because they live in a world where the threat of violence isolates them from violence most of the time. As soon as violence becomes real, that notion goes straight out the window.

Violence should not be the first choice. But it is the option that keeps tyrants, despots and oppressors at bay.

Ever wonder why imported Africans were were used as slaves in the Americas more than indigenous peoples? Indigenous Americans almost universally viewed their tribes and cultures as "superior". They were proud of their culture and considered it worth defending. They expected to be tortured and put to death when captured so the concept of pain and punishment was not a threat that could force compliance and labor. They expected and utilized violence. Slavery was not a common practice until the colonists brought slaves from elsewhere.

The next time some nit-wit says "Violence never solves anything/War is not the Answer", ask them if human sovereignty is worth fighting for. Ask them if they would go to war to get their children out of slavery. Ask them if they would fight to keep from being enslaved.

The answer won't be a surprise.

Tired Old Tune

Listening to talk radio today, I heard someone complain that everyone in America except native americans are illegal immigrants. The border should have been closed 500 years ago. Oh yes, of course, we've heard that one before. Lets talk about it.

In order to break a law, one must be subject to jurisdiction. Exactly what government claimed jurisdiction in what is now the United States? The native americans (who by the way are supposed to have invaded the Americas by way of a Siberian land Bridge) held beliefs that the earth could not be possessed by people and that people are possessed by the earth. Since the concept of borders and property lines were not part of their culture, the concept of jurisdiction could only be applied as a function of proximity to the tribal camp. There was no national government. There were no borders. There was no system to define or record jurisdiction. There was no code of laws that specified limits on immigration. The European Invasion was many things, but it wasn't illegal.

The native americans were free to defend themselves and their culture. In many cases they tried. They took a lot of scalps and prisoners. Their tactics were often times superior, but they had no real nation and no national strategy. They won battles but lost the war. When you are invaded, if you lose the war, someone else ends up in control.

Whitey understands this. That's why Whitey wants to get control of this invasion. Whitey doesn't want to get overrun.

A Question for the Pseudo-Intellectual Left

Tomes of leftist metaphysical self-help drivel are centered around the importance of positive thinking and high self esteem. So...
Why do they hold their own country, culture and heritage in contempt and why do they automatically assert that victory in the war on terror is not possible? By their own feel-good doctrine, they are setting the table for failure. When a victory is possible you automatically prevent it by accepting defeat. Defeat is never inevitable, there is always a way to victory. The trick is developing and deploying the correct strategy.

Great Leadership is almost always positive and almost always proactive.
The last national Democrat that understood this was JFK. "Ask what you can do for your country"
People do not want to be told that things are awful. They want leaders to tell them how to make things better. There is no one in their right mind that thinks increased federal spending is the way to a better America. The way to a better America is enforcing standards in education, enforcing standards in border control, enforcing standards in corporate boardrooms, enforcing standards in government ethics and enforcing standards in industry.

Fire teachers that don't teach and remove students that are disruptive. Punish employers of illegals and deport the illegals. Jail corporate thieves and stock swindlers. Run corrupt politicians out of office, even for lying about sex. Protect Corporations from corrupt unions and protect workers from corrupt corporations.

Standards are the only defense against chaos and chaos is the enemy of productivity. Productivity is the fountainhead of luxury and leisure. If you want to inspire people, sell them on the standards that will make their lives better. When you explain to them the connection between behavior and consequences, they will know you are a true leader.

If you do not believe victory is possible, you cannot possibly lead.
